“I truly believe that live music is crucial to our social connections,” President of Northern Arts & Entertainment (NAE) Adeline Pavlo said. “Live music allows for an individual to live in the moment with their friends, and also with strangers who already share a common interest with them.”
Living up to this idea, NAE is set to host a concert at Jamrich 1100 on Saturday, Nov. 16. Featuring Chelsea Cutler and Jeremy Zucker, the event is expected to build connections and bond audience members. The event was originally scheduled to be held at the Berry Events Center, but has since been moved.
“I would say the ‘vibe’ of this concert is more chill and laid-back,” Pavlo said. “It will be a nice way for everyone to transition into the colder months for sure. Cutler and Zucker offer a very pop-melodic EP that will put any audience member in tune with their feels.”
Zucker and Cutler are platinum-selling artists who recently released their third EP, “Brent III.” Now, the two are going on tour together. Students can buy tickets for the concert on the Hub, and doors will open at 6 p.m. The concert will be opened by Ohio singer Adam Paddock.
“Even if you do not listen to Cutler or Zucker, live music in general has countless personal benefits, and you will be supporting NAE’s mission to further bring big ticket entertainment to campus that students will enjoy,” Pavlo said. “We greatly appreciate everyone who supports us and comes out to our events! We hope to see everyone this Saturday, and if not, support live music when you can.”
