The Wildcats dominated UW-Green Bay this past weekend, with the women’s swim and dive team claiming all 14 top spots. The teams are currently ranked 10th in the nation for women’s and 12th for men’s.
Leading the pack was Mia Strazny, who earned victories in all four of her races. She won the 100 and 200 backstroke and contributed to the 200 medley and freestyle relay teams. Becca Burrows also won all of her events, taking first in the 50 and 100 freestyle while also competing with the relay teams.
Joining Burrows was Elena Curti, who took first in the 200 freestyle. She also earned second in the 500 freestyle and was a member of the relay teams. Another standout was Evie DeCarlo, who secured wins in the 100 individual medley and 100 breaststroke.
On the men’s side, the Wildcats broke six pool records during their time in Green Bay, setting new marks in the 200 medley relay, 400 freestyle relay, 100 and 200 breaststroke, 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly. Wyatt Dickman and Leo Nolles contributed to all six record-breaking performances.

The Wildcats will host Lake Superior State University this weekend for Senior Night. This is the first time in program history that these two schools will meet. This meet will conclude the regular season.
Following this, the team will begin its championship stretch. They will first travel to Holland, Mich. for the four-day GLIAC Championships. They will then return back home for their Last Chance Meet before traveling to Indianapolis for a week of NCAA Championships. This meet will consist of both swimming and diving finals. Marking the official end of the season is the Spring Scrimmage, which will be held at the PIEF pool.
