IMPROVING SAFETY - As part of the ongoing exhibition, Conflict and Resolve: Labor in the U.P., the U.P. Heritage Center hosted a virtual lecture from retired mine worker, James Paquette. Paquette discussed the importance of improving safety for not just the workers, but the general mine conditions as well.
