On Sunday, Dec. 3, the famous double feature, “Barbenheimer” will be showing in Jamrich 1100. Campus Cinema, with help from the Special Events Committee, is putting on a pink runway with a Barbie-themed photo booth for the event.

The first movie, “Oppenheimer”, will be showing at 3 p.m. with “Barbie” following at 6:30p.m. Dressing up for the event is encouraged for a best-dressed contest, along with the usual concessions and a poster raffle for the two movie posters.

President of Campus Cinema Luke Tschumperlin is a fourth-year digital cinema student at Northern Michigan University and found a love for film and movies at a very young age.

“We originally had [the movies] a week apart, and then at Fall Fest the amount of people that came up to us asked why we were not showing them on the same day,” Tschumperlin said. “And then “Oppenheimer” got pushed back, and so then it worked out insanely good.”
