College students are often deemed creative, but their talents are truly shown when displayed for all to see. Students roamed from tent to tent, and the Wildcat Farmer’s Market attracted vendors selling art, handmade products and other goods from the Marquette community.
Some people walked around with hands full of unique products, while others stood to dance. During the market, local band Total Head jammed out to a variety of songs.
Farmer’s markets can evoke a sense of nostalgia for some, which was an incentive for Sophomore Mickaela Keane.
“I just like going to farmer’s markets,” Kane said. “I go to the one that’s in town back at home, and I think it’s a lot of fun.”
The market was hosted by ASNMU, and students can look for more upcoming events on the Hub.
