Panel of profs to speak on assault of the Capitol

The nation was shaken to the core during the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 by protestors who contested the election of President Joe Biden over Donald Trump. In response, a little over four months after the Capitol was assaulted, NMU professors will take on the topic in a panel discussion.

GRIEF EDUCATION - The Grief Education Speaker series will be held for the public for free during the months of Feb. and March. Topics will include grieving during the COVID-19 era and ways to cope during this time.

the department of sociology and anthropology and the department of social work are co-hosting a Grief Education Speaker Series. The event is free, open to the public and will feature a different acclaimed speaker on each of the three nights.
