The first glorious and long-awaited day of April, the North Wind went skipping down to McCarty’s Cove—long a favored spot for bonfires, swimming, and other warm-weather activities—to capture some pictures of spring in full bloom. It was a perfect day for a cute spring outfit (jeans, boots, jacket, hoodie and hat) and the sounds of the end of the semester approaching (ice creaking, howling wind). That 25 degree chill honestly gives you a really nice rosy glow once you dethaw.
CRAGS— Dip your toe into the lake off the sun-warned rocks.
