Northern Michigan University’s Graduate Studies and Research program continues with their Workshops on Wednesdays event series with an upcoming workshop on copyright and citation.

The workshop will take place online via the Zoom link when registered via The Hub and be held from 12-1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2.

All WOW workshops are directed towards any student, faculty or staff member interested in learning more about a specific subject relevant to any upcoming event or deadline. The upcoming event will be on copyright and how to properly cite sources.

“This is truly a workshop,” Graduate Studies and Research wrote on their website. “Bring your thesis or capstone paper and meet with Dean Lisa Eckert and Library Liaison Professor Mike Strahan to discuss and troubleshoot any copyright, citation or formatting issue.”

Anyone who is unable to attend the upcoming workshop can watch last year’s copyright and citation workshop on YouTube. The next WOW workshop will be on Feb. 9 and cover thesis planning, formatting and workshopping.
