Senior running Jake Mayon helped guide the Wildcat football team to their first win of the season. Mayon rushed the ball 35 times for 224 yards, a 6.4 yards per carry. Mayon also rushed for a season-long run of 25 yards to help seal the victory for the Wildcat’s. Mayon has rushed for 397 yards through two games.

BACK TO BACK — Sophomore Madi Szymanski and freshman Ava Maginity took first and second place respectively, leading NMU to a first-place finish in the Northwood Open.
