MCHD hosts COVID, Flu vaccination clinic

Today from 12-2 p.m., the Marquette County Health Department will host a COVID and flu vaccination clinic for those eligible at the Berry Events Center on the Northern Michigan University campus.

The MCHD said to bring a photo ID, insurance card(s) and COVID vaccination card. The MCHD bills Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances.

Vaccines offered will be COVID bivalent booster (Moderna for those 18 and over and Pfizer for those 12 and older). Influenza vaccines will also be available (quadrivalent for those 6 months and over and high dose for adults 65 and older).

For those paying with cash or check, anyone 18 and under will be charged $10 and 19 and over will be charged $30.
