The Native American Student Association (NASA) focuses on preserving and sharing Native American culture.

“We hope that the campus community and the larger Marquette community gains an awareness and appreciation of the diverse Native American communities,” President Bazile Panek said.

NASA holds a variety of events and club bonding activities, such as snowshoeing outings. They are also hosting a Moccasin Game and Dish Game event next month in the Whitman Hall Commons from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 13.

“This event is heavily participatory, so it makes it so much fun for everyone who attends,” Panek said.
